What Timing Shifter does
Shift every cue forward or backward by a fixed amount.
How it works
Whisper via transformers.js with quantized models that fit the on-device budget; ffmpeg.wasm for burn-in. The processing code runs inside the page, so your file is not uploaded to a server — you can confirm this in your browser's DevTools → Network tab.
