How do I convert a file?
Simply upload your file, select the target format, and click Convert. Your file will be processed and ready for download in seconds.
Do I need to create an account?
No! You can convert files immediately without registration. However, upgrading to Pro gives you -InfinityMB file limit and 999999 conversions per day.
Plans & Pricing
What are the plan limits?
- • Free: 50MB files, 5 conversions/day
- • Pro ($7.99/mo): -InfinityMB files, 999999 conversions/day
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Click the "Upgrade to Pro" button in your dashboard or visit our pricing page. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Pro subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard. You'll retain Pro features until the end of your billing period.

What formats are supported?
We support 150+ file formats including:
- • Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, BMP, TIFF, SVG, HEIC, AVIF
- • Videos: MP4, AVI, MOV, WebM, MKV, FLV
- • Audio: MP3, WAV, AAC, FLAC, OGG, M4A

How long does conversion take?
Most conversions complete in seconds. Larger files or complex formats may take up to a minute. Pro users get priority processing.
How long are files stored?
Free users: 1 hour
Pro users: 24 hours
Files are automatically deleted after this period for your privacy and to save storage space.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes! All uploads use HTTPS encryption. Files are processed on secure servers and automatically deleted after the retention period. We never share your files.
Do you keep my files?
No. Files are automatically deleted after 1-24 hours depending on your plan. We don't store, analyze, or share your files with anyone.
Troubleshooting
Conversion failed - what should I do?
Common solutions:
- • Check if your file is within the size limit
- • Ensure the file format is supported
- • Try a different browser
- • Check your internet connection
File too large?
Free users: 50MB limit
Pro users: -InfinityMB limit
