By accessing and using Xonvert ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Xonvert provides online file conversion services supporting 150+ file formats including images, videos, audio, documents, and spreadsheets. The Service is available in two tiers:

• Free: 50MB file size limit, 5 conversions per day, 1-hour file retention
• Pro ($7.99/month): -InfinityMB file size limit, 999999 conversions per day, 24-hour file retention

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload files containing viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Upload illegal, copyrighted, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. File Storage and Deletion

Converted files are automatically deleted after the retention period (1 hour for Free users, 24 hours for Pro users). We are not responsible for any data loss. You should download your files promptly.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $7.99/month. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain Pro features until the end of your billing period.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available for renewals.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Xonvert and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to files you upload.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Conversion quality may vary depending on file format and content.

10. Limitation of Liability

Xonvert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
