Why are video file limits lower than other formats?
Video processing requires significantly more server resources (CPU, memory, and time) than text or image conversions. Our limits are set to reflect actual processing costs while still being generous for typical use.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime from your dashboard. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period — no questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are securely processed.
Is my data secure?
All files are encrypted during transfer and processing. Files are automatically deleted after the retention period. We never access or share your data.
