Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Applies only to first-time Pro subscriptions
  • Does not apply to subscription renewals
  • Account must not have violated our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. We'll process your request within 2 business days
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately. However, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • You'll retain Pro features until the end of your billing period
  • No refund is provided for the remaining days
  • Your account will revert to Free tier after expiration
  • You can resubscribe at any time

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals (after the first month)
  • Partial month subscriptions
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
