What happens to my files after conversion?

Nothing — your files exist only in your browser's memory during conversion. Once you close the page, all data is cleared. No files are stored anywhere.

Will the conversion strip my EXIF or metadata?

Xonvert preserves metadata (EXIF, XMP, ID3, etc.) when the target PLY format supports it. You can optionally strip metadata in the settings for smaller, cleaner output files.
